All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me through the site or my email kayacurlincreations@gmail.com. I will do my best to resolve the situation in the most acceptable way.

Afterpay and Klarna are accepted for payment options. I also know that sometimes it is difficult to get approved so there is also an option directly through me. Details are as followed:

50% of the price of the painting is required as a deposit for your painting. You will then have three months to pay off the remainder of your balance. Should you fail to pay your balance in that three months or decide that you do not want to continue with your purchase, you agree to forfeit half of your deposit towards a restocking fee and the other half will be returned to you. If this is something you wish to do, reach out to me directly on here with your email address and the painting you wish to purchase. From there you will receive a invoice to the email listed in the message. You will have 48 hrs to agree to the terms and pay your deposit.

Due to delays with the postal service, Please allow 7-10 days to receive your canvas order. If you order a print, please allow 10-15 days to receive. I know these timeframes seem lengthy, but keep in mind you may receive your order much sooner. This is just a timeframe to prepare for any delays.

Currently I do not offer customs. That is something that I am considering later, but as of now that is not an option.
